We've been renting to UNC students for over 30 years. We understand what students are looking for. We provide clean, modern homes in a safe environment that within easy commuting of UNC. Bus lines are close by, as are bike and walk trails. We want you to concentrate of school, not your housing so take a look at the houses we have and plan ahead, our houses don't last long.
